The Great Wolf Project is a combined residential and commercial indoor water park facility covering 450,000 square feet. The residential portion consists of two 8-story towers utilizing cast in place concrete together with Hardiboard and DensGlass exterior. This project also includes an indoor water park consisting of a tilt up concrete structure with an Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS).
Cosgrove Hill is a new construction project that will have 129 residential units made up of two and three story condominium and townhomes.
