Oberlin Court is a 105-unit project, including about 40,000 SF of retail space, a podium deck and three stories of wood-framed construction. There is also a separate, steel-framed parking deck.
Criterium Engineers provided a Full Constructability Review along with a Comprehensive On-Site construction documentation and monitoring Quality Assurance program.
Yuma Regional Medical Center addition is approximately 16,000 sq-ft in size. The project consists of the addition of four new surgeries areas and other ancillary spaces.
