The 790,000 sq. ft. mixed-use building features one story below-grade and 15 stories above-grade; a 655-space parking garage that occupies the entire below-grade level and a partial footprint of the first seven stories; a swimming pool at the penthouse level; and 14,000 sq. ft. of retail space. The remainder of the building consists of 457 high-end apartment / condominium units - a challenging project with many unique characteristics.
