Taylor Estates will be a new construction project comprised of two components to be located in Wilmington, North Carolina.
Taylor Senior Homes will consist of two, two-story buildings with a total of 48 units. The Point at Taylor Estates will include 96 residential units in one building.
Criterium Engineers provided a Full Constructability Review along with a Comprehensive On-Site construction documentation and monitoring Quality Assurance program.
The Mayo Clinic Hospital Emergency Room Expansion project is part of the multi-faceted expansion of the hospital. This ground level expansion simultaneously included the addition of two additional stories on the existing hospital.
