Wellspring Village

Wellspring Village will consist of 48 affordable units for seniors located in Concord, North Carolina. The community will include twelve quad-plex single story cottages in a pinwheel design allowing for each unit to have its own private entrance.
Criterium Engineers provided a Full Constructability Review along with a Comprehensive On-Site construction documentation and monitoring Quality Assurance Program.
The Barrett community will offer housing to 1,700 students and will feature amenities that include a fitness center, computer lounge and lab, ampitheater, classrooms, outside activity courts and dining hall with covered terrace, garden and special dining rooms for events.
